We support businesses with the required training and guidance helping them achieve the best quality in their teas.

Factories are welcome to enroll in our programme where we provide detailed training and handholding on crop production in few easy steps:

  • Factories identify their personnel whom they would like to train. We recommend a mix of small growers, internal employees, agents, etc., this would allow a holistic reach
  • Identified personnel would be given classroom and on field training on plucking, spraying, pruning and other related activities
  • We continue to provide support over phone or through visits as and when required
